About the role
Les Ticey is looking for an independent, customer-centric freelance Level 1 computer technician to support small business clients with 2–25 employees.
The role includes remote helpdesk support and local on-site maintenance runs around PHX, with Mac and Windows deployment and routine on-site tune-ups.
Responsibilities
- Install and upgrade apps on Mac and Windows systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot accounts for Office 365, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy.
- Blend remote ticketing with hands-on, on-site device maintenance.
