Contract Level IT Support Tech

Our IT company, BBBS, is looking for an independent, customer-centric Freelance Level 1 Computer Technician to support our small business clients (2–25 employees) in Phoenix and surrounding areas!

💼 The Details:
• 💰 Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (Based on available project hours)
• 📍 Location: Hybrid (Remote helpdesk support + local on-site maintenance runs around PHX)
• 🛠️ Environment: Mac & Windows deployment + routine on-site tune-ups

🧰 What You’ll Handle:
• 🖥️ Cross-Platform: Installing and upgrading apps on both Mac and Windows systems.
• 📧 Email Admin: Account setups and troubleshooting for Office 365, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy.
• ☎️ Helpdesk & Dispatch: Blending remote ticketing with hands-on, on-site device maintenance.

Must have reliable transport, great communication skills, and the drive to work independently.
