Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
• Stay current with Meta Ads platform updates and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results to stakeholders.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Train and mentor junior team members on digital marketing techniques and tools.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads or similar digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other advertising tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
