Five Leaf Clover Technology is hiring a full-time Cooperative Manager specializing in Meta Ads in New York, New York. This on-site digital marketing role offers the opportunity to shape campaign strategy and contribute to the success of a collaborative, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize strategy and meet marketing goals.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and analytics teams to align campaign objectives.
• Stay current on Meta Ads features, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist with advertising budget management and work to maximize return on investment.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior team members in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Digital marketing experience, particularly with Meta Ads or comparable advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Two to five years of related experience preferred.
• Facebook Blueprint or other industry-standard certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Work Details

• Salary: $70,000 per year.
