In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting functions across multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, directing financial reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining robust internal controls, managing tax and regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and providing financial leadership that supports continued growth and operational excellence. Location: NSA HQ, Cleveland, OH - onsite

Salary: $130-150K plus bonus and equity

Required Skills

Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standardsProven leadership experience managing accounting teams and operationsStrong understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end close, and audit coordinationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with manufacturing and distribution industry operationsFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial technology toolsKnowledge of multi-site accounting and consolidationsPrior experience working with external auditors and tax advisors

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial roleDemonstrated expertise in external audit management and regulatory compliance

Other Requirements

Ability to work long hours sitting or standing at a workstation and perform heavy computer workOn-site presence in a temperature-regulated office environmentNo travel required, but flexibility for periodic meetings and audits as needed
