Corporate Finance Product Owner

Requirements

• Must be from the Finance Domain: Corporate Finance, FP&A, Core Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Expenditure Management, Wealth Management.
• 10+ years
• 15+ Years Only.
• Must have 10+Years of US work experience
• VISA: USC/GC Only
• Proven experience as a Product Owner managing product backlogs and driving end-to-end delivery of digital products or enterprise capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint goals, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile, including PI Planning, PI Objectives, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong proficiency in writing user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Experience in product backlog management, prioritization, capacity planning, and scope management, aligned with business objectives.
• Working knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Core Finance, Expenditure Management, or Financial Reporting.
• Experience partnering with Finance stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements and product strategy into actionable features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining KPIs, success metrics, business value hypotheses, and post-release performance measures.
