Job description
MiraiCore is hiring a Corporate Sales Staff member for a contract position in Japan. This role is suited to a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and business-level English proficiency. You will support sales initiatives, build client relationships, and help the team achieve its targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Work with fellow sales staff to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support sales strategies and follow up with leads through effective communication.
- Communicate with international clients in business-level English.
- Share feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
Team and Reporting Structure
You will collaborate with sales colleagues, management, and support teams, and report directly to the Sales Manager. The role may also involve working with marketing and customer service to improve the customer experience and sales process.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Pay: 200000 per month. This is a contract position based in Japan and is not remote-eligible.
