About the role
Creative Circle is seeking a contract Corporate Technology Trainer to support employee learning and technology adoption across the organization. This backfill position focuses on creating, maintaining, and delivering training programs that help users effectively use business applications and IT tools. Training will focus on Microsoft 365 applications and related productivity tools.
The role is for 40 hours per week, for 3+ months, with a start date of early October. Training sessions may be in person or virtual.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update training materials for IT applications used throughout the organization.
- Learn application functionality and transfer that knowledge to employees.
- Design training curricula, presentations, user guides, classes, and supporting documentation.
- Update training content based on application enhancements and user needs.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, with up to three sessions per day, typically lasting 45–60 minutes each.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, coaching, and post-training support.
- Assess training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop learning objectives.
- Adapt training content for varying technical skill levels and learning styles.
- Partner with the Communications team to create and promote a monthly training calendar.
- Track attendance, participant feedback, and training outcomes; prepare monthly reports on classes, participation, and effectiveness.
- Maintain training resources, best practices, and application support materials.
- Stay informed about technology updates, new applications, and training best practices.
