Country Commercial Manager – Fit-Out Contracting Company: TXM Manpower Solutions Location: Riyadh, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Are you an experienced commercial leader passionate about high-end and luxury interior fit-out projects ? TXM Manpower Solutions is seeking a Country Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and operations across hospitality, retail, and premium commercial sectors in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all commercial activities across projects within the country. Manage contract administration, risk assessment, claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs) independently. Ensure strategic commercial governance, risk mitigation, and profitability aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships and deliver commercial excellence. Qualifications & Requirements 15–20 years of commercial management experience in fit-out contracting (excluding consultancy). At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record managing high-end/luxury interior fit-out projects in hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors. Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and claims management. Background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. MRICS or equivalent certification preferred. Strong, self-motivated leader with a proactive approach beyond a typical 9-to-5 mindset. Candidate Must-Haves Experience with high-end finishing projects. GCC experience required; KSA experience preferred. Stable career history with main contractor experience.
