TXM Manpower Solutions is seeking a Country Commercial Manager to spearhead our commercial strategy across hospitality, retail, and premium commercial sectors in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all commercial activities across projects within the country or region. Manage contract administration, risk assessment, and claims strategy including variations and extensions of time (EOTs). Ensure strategic commercial governance aligned with client business objectives. Drive profitability and mitigate commercial risks effectively. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Qualifications & Requirements 15–20 years of commercial management experience in fit-out contracting (not consultancy). Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles. Proven success with high-end/luxury interior fit-out projects in hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors. Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts with independent management of claims, variations, and EOTs. Background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. MRICS or equivalent certification preferred. Strong, self-motivated leadership with a proactive, beyond 9-to-5 mindset. Candidate Must-Haves Experience with high-end finishing projects. GCC experience required; KSA experience preferred. Stable career history with main contractor experience. Client-facing commercial roles preferred.
