Job description
Invex is hiring a full-time Tender Pricing Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports construction and engineering projects by developing accurate, well-documented tender pricing and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender pricing through detailed cost estimation and quantity surveying.
- Research market trends and gather data to support pricing strategies.
- Work with project managers and engineering teams to accurately represent project costs in bids.
- Assess financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear records and reports for pricing submissions and revisions.
- Build Excel financial models to evaluate project scenarios.
- Present pricing proposals and explain cost calculations and assumptions to stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in tender pricing, cost estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Market research ability and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methods and risk analysis techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with relevant estimating software.
- Three to five years of relevant construction industry experience is preferred.
