Key Responsibilities Conduct timely pickups and deliveries of parcels to designated locations throughout Delhi. Maintain accurate records of receipts, delivery logs, and customer interactions. Perform vehicle inspections and ensure the delivery vehicle is maintained in proper working condition. Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic regulations. Communicate proactively with dispatch and provide updates on delivery status and potential delays. Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit. Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring an efficient workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in courier delivery or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with the local routes in Delhi to optimize delivery efficiency. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with other drivers, dispatch personnel, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
