Heena is hiring a full-time Admission Counselor in Delhi, Delhi, India. In this role at UNext, you will help prospective students explore educational programs, navigate the admissions process, and make informed decisions about their academic goals. You will also contribute to outreach and enrollment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain UNext programs and recommend options suited to prospective students’ educational aspirations.
• Deliver presentations and information sessions about UNext’s educational offerings.
• Build relationships with prospective students through timely communication and follow-up.
• Work with the marketing team on applicant outreach and awareness strategies.
• Review applications and make recommendations using established admission criteria.
• Represent UNext at recruitment events, education fairs, and information sessions.
• Track and report admission metrics to help improve outreach and enrollment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Admissions or related experience preferred; it is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain productive relationships with students and other stakeholders.
