This part-time contractor role offers a flexible schedule and valuable hands-on experience in healthcare credentialing. You will play a key role in verifying healthcare professionals' credentials to uphold regulatory compliance and maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with verifying credentials of healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Maintain organized and accurate records of credentialing applications and documentation. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to collect required information and resolve discrepancies. Use data management tools to track credentialing progress and update databases regularly. Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and suggest improvements to credentialing processes. Support the credentialing team in resolving documentation and credentialing issues efficiently. Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing the overall credentialing strategy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Experience with data management software and tools. Prior healthcare or administrative experience preferred but not required.
