Job description
Forsage is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Call Representative for a contract position based in Lansing, Michigan. This role is remote-eligible and offers an opportunity to support customer satisfaction while building your customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve questions promptly and professionally.
- Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in company systems.
- Explain relevant products and services and recommend additional options when appropriate.
- Coordinate with colleagues to provide consistent communication and effective resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding concerns.
- Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and technical skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Customer service experience is preferred; call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain effective under pressure.
- Customer service or related certifications are a plus.
