Customer Care Representative

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative with a strong call center background.

This is NOT an entry-level customer service position.

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ 2+ years of high-volume call center/contact center experience
✅ Recent call center/customer care experience within the last 2–3 years
✅ Strong verbal AND professional written communication skills
✅ Experience handling inbound/outbound calls
✅ Comfortable resolving account inquiries and de-escalating difficult situations
✅ High School Diploma or GED required
