Diane Galindo is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative with a strong call center background. This is not an entry-level customer service position.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve account inquiries and de-escalate difficult situations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of high-volume call center or contact center experience.
- Recent call center or customer care experience within the last 2–3 years.
- Strong verbal and professional written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
