Aasign Services PVL is hiring a full-time Customer Connection Specialist in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this on-site customer service role, you will help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive communication, timely support, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across multiple channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Share accurate information about products and services.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system and manage follow-ups.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
