Job description
We are hiring a full-time Customer Relationship Manager for our Know Your Customer (KYC) Department in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This on-site role combines customer relationship management with KYC due diligence, helping deliver excellent customer service while supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships, understand customer needs, and work to exceed expectations.
- Conduct KYC due diligence to verify customer identities and assess risk in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and KYC documentation in customer relationship management systems.
- Work with internal teams to address compliance concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and KYC findings for management review.
- Stay informed about KYC regulatory updates and best practices to support compliance and risk mitigation.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) required; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Understanding of KYC compliance and relevant regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software is desirable.
- One to three years of experience in customer service or relationship management preferred.
