Customer Relationship Manager - KYC Department in Kolkata, India

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager for our KYC (Know Your Customer) Department based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This full-time role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring strict compliance with KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Perform thorough KYC due diligence to verify customer identities and assess risk in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and KYC documentation using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve compliance issues effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and KYC findings for management review.
• Stay updated on evolving KYC regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) required; additional education in related fields is advantageous.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of KYC compliance and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management is desirable.
