Customer Sales Representative

Manage Facebook pages and online inquiries; Assist customers with product details, pricing, availability, and orders; Process orders and handle customer concerns; Respond to comments, messages, and feedback; Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups; Assist in generating potential clients online; Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Qualifications include experience in Retail and Sales, customer service or online page handling is an advantage, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiar with Facebook Pages and online chat platforms, organized, responsive, and customer-focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
