JOB POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE MONITORING AGENT (FULL-TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME & ON-SITE)
STARTING SALARY: PHP 20,000 TO PHP 30,000
JOB SUMMARY:
- Monitor client sites via CCTV and AI-powered platforms to detect and prevent incidents.
- Conduct scheduled virtual patrols and respond to security events in real time.
- Communicate clearly with on-site personnel and dispatch law enforcement when needed.
- Follow site-specific protocols and accurately document incidents in reports.
