ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will create exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. You'll help resolve customer questions, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support. We're looking for a customer-focused, empathetic team member who is detail-oriented and enjoys helping people.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• P&C Licensed.
• Life & Health Licensed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

$15–$17/HR
