Job description
Tasks
- Managing customer inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinating pickups and following up with carriers
- Tracking orders and resolving customer issues
- Working closely with dispatch and operations teams
- Creating reports and supporting administrative functions
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (phone amp; email)
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Transportation or logistics experience is considered a strong asset
- TruckMate experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM + 1.5x overtime
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
