Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accurate information. Provide detailed assistance regarding product information, order status, and account inquiries. Handle customer complaints empathetically to achieve positive resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Work closely with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to share best practices. Promote a respectful and cooperative team atmosphere. Required and Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage. High school diploma preferred; no formal education required. Experience in retail or service-oriented roles is a plus. As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery.
