Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: Arlington, TX

PAY: $17.50 per hour
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time | On-Site

AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Research order status and delivery information
• Confirm delivery windows and communicate expectations
• Document all notes and complete basic data entry
• Communicate with warehouse, dispatch, and other teams

QUALIFICATIONS
• Customer service or call-center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
