North Georgia Rooter LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Office & Hybrid
LOCATION: Dahlonega, GA

This position is primarily office-based with work-from-home Fridays.
A quiet workspace is required when working remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
- Stay organized, multitask, and communicate effectively with customers and the team.
- Take initiative and solve problems independently.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and quick learner.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Plumbing experience is a plus.
