Job description
Tasks
- Provide service to customers in person or over the phone as part of the Solutions Hub customer service team.
- Be the first point of contact by phone or at the customer service counter at City Hall.
- Receive and process payments, applications and other documents related to water utility servicing and billing, property taxes, parking tickets and permits, general licenses, and transit passes either by phone or in person as required.
- Answer and respond to phone inquiries.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- The regular work schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday and every other Friday.
- The successful candidate may also be required to work additional shifts from time to time to provide coverage for operational needs.
