Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat with accurate information and practical solutions.
• Resolve complaints with empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Document customer inquiries, complaints, transactions, and resolutions.
• Update customer account records and maintain accurate information.
• Share knowledge with teammates and help improve customer service processes.
• Participate in training to build customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Track and report performance measures, including response times and customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
• Sound time management and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Reporting

Work collaboratively with supportive team members and report to the Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time position with remote eligibility.

Compensation

Annual pay: 98000
