We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for the following activities:Respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails within the same business day regarding owner payments, account history, and general inquiries.Assist unit owners with setting up online payments, reviewing payment options, and navigating their web portal.Support unit owners with submitting and tracking maintenance requests.Log, assign, and route homeowner requests in the software to appropriate internal team members.Provide additional support as needed.
Schedule:Monday to FridayRegular Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mexico City TimeDaylight saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City Time
This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum requirements:MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking). Around 1 to 3 years of experience in customer setup.Strong knowledge of Word and Outlook.Previous experience in hospitality or a similar industry is preferred.Solid understanding of basic accounting to explain owners' account balances.Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
