- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns while creating a positive customer experience.
- Multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced call center.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality, strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
- Availability for one evening shift per week and rotating weekends.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
