Customer Service Representatives

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, assist customers and provide accurate information, resolve concerns while creating a positive customer experience, multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced call center. Requirements include at least 1 year of call center experience, excellent attendance and punctuality, strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, availability for one evening shift per week + rotating weekends, reliable transportation, ability to pass background check and drug screening. Salary: $18–$20/hour, based on experience. Employment type: temporary, with temp-to-hire opportunity.
