Part-Time Customer Support Representative & Salesforce Administrator – Jacksonville, FL

Insight Global is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented part-time Customer Support Representative / Salesforce Administrator / Data Entry professional in Jacksonville, Florida. This role combines customer service, CRM administration, and accurate data entry to help deliver a seamless customer experience and support effective team operations. The position is remote eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Use Salesforce or similar CRM software to update customer records and track inquiries.
• Enter and maintain accurate data to support database integrity and team reporting.
• Work with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights that can improve services and customer experience.
• Help create and document FAQs and training materials for team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and customer interactions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Customer support or data entry experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and a genuine interest in supporting customers.
