CX Analyst – Product Insights (B2C)

Tasks

• Analyzing customer behavior, digital journeys, and product interactions across B2C web and mobile applications.
• Translate data into actionable insights that improve customer experience and product performance.
• Identifying customer pain points, drop-offs, and opportunities for journey optimization.
• Collaborating with Product, Design, CX, Business, Marketing, and Research teams to drive customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• 4–8 Years
• 4+ years of experience in CX Analytics, Consumer Insights, Product Analytics, Behavioral Analytics, or UX Analytics.
• Strong experience analyzing customer journeys, behavioral funnels, clickstream data, session-level behavior, and digital interactions.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Medallia, Contentsquare, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or similar digital experience analytics platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, querying, exploratory data analysis, automation, and behavioral data interpretation.
• Understanding of hypothesis-driven analysis and A/B testing, including interpreting results and distinguishing correlation from causation.
• Candidates from product-based companies, preferably B2C digital businesses.
• Candidates from data analytics and consulting firms such as Mu Sigma and similar organizations.

Schedule

• 5 Days + Alternate Saturdays

Pay

• CTC: ₹14 LPA – ₹22.5 LPA
