Job description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to protect our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The role involves implementing security measures, monitoring for vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents. Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis. Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices. Educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and protocols. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Experience with network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). Familiarity with SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
