What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery. Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon during procedures. Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment. Collaborate with a team that respects your autonomy and expertise. Requirements

Active NBCRNA certification Texas RN/APRN license (or eligibility) BLS and ACLS required New grads welcome! Training and mentorship provided. Confident, safety-focused, and eager to learn office-based anesthesia. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented—thrives in a high-performance setting.
