Data Engineer

Healthcare experience should include areas such as: Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, Star Ratings, CMS quality reporting, Healthcare payer / health plan data, NCQA-related programs. Key Skills: Python, PySpark, Bash, AWK, AWS, S3, EBS, IAM, MySQL, Amazon Redshift, SQL, Spark, Airflow, Informatica, Talend, Git, Docker, ETL/ELT & production data pipeline support, Data validation, reconciliation & troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, restart, and troubleshoot production data pipelines. Coordinate daily activities with Offshore engineering/operations teams. Manage AWS-based file transfers and Amazon S3. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Support ETL/ELT workflows for healthcare reporting and analytics. Create SOPs, runbooks, process flows, and technical documentation. Build new operational processes/workflows from the ground up. Support healthcare quality metrics including HEDIS, Star Ratings, and CMS reporting. Participate in incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement.
