Job description
Individual is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead high-impact data infrastructure projects. This full-time remote role is open to candidates in India, Pakistan, or Nigeria, with the listed job location in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Develop ETL processes with Snowflake and Databricks for efficient data transformation.
- Optimize data models and query performance to improve data access and reliability.
- Partner with data scientists and analysts to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance and availability.
- Maintain data integrity and follow data-handling best practices.
- Contribute technical expertise to cross-functional projects.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Professional English proficiency at B2, C1, or C2 level is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven data engineering experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience building and optimizing data lakes and data warehouses.
- SQL and data visualization experience are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
