Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality control. Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize inventory management. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care. Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and operational efficiency. Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a secure work environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will also participate in projects aimed at improving warehouse processes and customer satisfaction. Success in this role depends on your accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and commitment to safety standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus. Logistics-related certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
