Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for efficient inventory management.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to safety and health regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will also participate in projects aimed at enhancing warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Your success will be measured by accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining safety standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus.
• Logistics-related certifications are desirable.
