We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Webster, New York. This full-time position offers an annual compensation of $45,000. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, contributing significantly to the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately in databases and computer systems. Review and verify data for accuracy before entering it into the system. Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and checks. Assist in the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Respond to inquiries regarding data entry processes and assist with any queries. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. The team environment encourages collaboration, as the Data Entry Clerk will interact regularly with other departments to ensure data is accurately captured and maintained.
