We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data records, which is vital for efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities Inputting and updating data accurately into databases and spreadsheets. Verifying and correcting data discrepancies to ensure information integrity. Maintaining electronic and hard copy files in an organized manner. Assisting in generating reports as required by the management. Responding to data inquiries and providing administrative support to other departments. Collaborating with team members to enhance data collection methods and processes. Training new employees on data entry procedures and software usage as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Prior experience in a data entry role is an advantage.
