✅ 5+ yrs building & operating large scale data platforms
✅ 2+ yrs hybrid infra (On prem, AWS, GCP)
✅ Hands on with HDFS, Objectstores, Jupyter automation
✅ Strong in Python / Java / Scala for automation, APIs, Spark jobs
✅ Analytics stack: Spark/Flink, Iceberg, Airflow, Kubernetes
✨ Preferred: CI/CD (GitLab, Terraform, Docker/K8s), monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) ✨ Security, governance, compliance, cost optimization experience
