Delivery Driver

About the role

Timothy DeWolfe is in the vending business, and business is good. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with 8 hours per day. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
• Follow a predetermined route schedule and ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload products using appropriate equipment.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and upsell additional products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Requirements

• Previous vending experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in commercial driving preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and execute delivery routes.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
