• Organize delivery items and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Use navigation tools to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with customers about delivery schedules and delays.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Report delivery issues or customer feedback promptly to management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in delivery or driving roles preferred.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent navigation skills with knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas.
• Proficient with route management tools and technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Work collaboratively within a team of logistics professionals, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to meet delivery goals and enhance operational efficiency.
