Key Responsibilities

• Use navigation and route-management tools to plan efficient journeys.
• Keep customers informed about expected delivery times and potential delays.
• Inspect the vehicle routinely and follow applicable safety requirements.
• Represent Noble Kingzly professionally and provide courteous customer service.
• Report delivery problems and customer feedback to management promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good navigation skills and familiarity with Chennai and surrounding areas.
• Comfort using route-management tools and related technology.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Team and Reporting

You will work with logistics professionals, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives to coordinate deliveries and meet customer expectations. The Delivery Executive reports to the Operations Manager.
