Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ real estate requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while supporting favorable outcomes for clients and the organization.
• Track local real estate market conditions and trends to provide informed guidance.
• Use digital marketing strategies to promote listings and generate leads.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
