Key Responsibilities Efficiently navigate streets to deliver packages to customers within the designated area. Maintain a high standard of customer service through friendly and professional interactions. Manage time effectively to ensure timely deliveries, ensuring all deadlines are met. Handle packages with care, ensuring that items arrive in perfect condition. Communicate with dispatch or team members about orders, potential delays, or customer issues. Complete necessary documentation and reports for deliveries and transactions. Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to enhance delivery processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Completion of Secondary School Certificate is mandatory. Skills: Proficiency in Time Management and excellent Customer Service skills. Experience: Prior experience in delivery or logistics is preferred but not necessary. Certifications: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
