Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Licensed Registered Nurse with PRC
• At least 3–5 years clinical nursing experience (dialysis)
• 2 years in dialysis/renal care preferred
• Experience in supervising/caring hemodialysis patients
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (preferred)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• BLS/ACLS certified (optional) plus other certifications if any!
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise dialysis nursing team
• Ensure safe and effective dialysis treatment
• Patient assessment before, during and after dialysis
• Maintain equipment and stock inventory
• Coordinate with physicians and staffs
• Ensure documentation & compliance with standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork
