About the role
Karsten Repair LLC is hiring a Diesel Mechanic for a full-time, year-round position. The role involves agricultural equipment, diesel engines, and semi trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and service work.
- Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains.
- Repair and maintain semi trucks and trailers.
- Keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritize jobs and work efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience working on diesel equipment is preferred.
- Agricultural equipment experience is a strong plus.
- Semi-truck experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- A CDL is a plus, but not required.
