Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, ensuring compliance with business requirements and technical specifications. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests to validate software performance and functionality. Collaborate effectively with software developers and product managers to mitigate issues early in the development cycle. Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting on defects, ensuring transparency throughout the software development lifecycle. Lead quality assurance efforts on various projects, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and best practices. Participate in release planning and risk assessment meetings to inform project timelines and quality expectations. Mentor junior QA team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of quality across the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in software quality assurance, ideally with over 5 years in a similar role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to work in a team-based environment.
