Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specifications. Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance. Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle. Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reporting to maintain transparency throughout the software development process. Lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple projects, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. Participate in release planning and risk assessment meetings to align project timelines with quality expectations. Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing within the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in software quality assurance roles. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
