Job Description: Business Systems Analyst (San Antonio, TX) Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site; remote or hybrid options may be available depending on the client) Job Type: Direct Hire Role Summary: Constellation Search Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for placement with a forward-thinking client. This role focuses on systems analysis, process improvement, and bridging business needs with technical solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to define and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Conduct data analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and gap analysis. Recommend improvements for business processes and support automation initiatives. Oversee implementation of ERP, CRM, or other digital systems. Work with external vendors and internal departments to ensure project alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices. Experience in finance, healthcare, technology, or operations is a plus.
