Job description
Tasks
- Own product backlog, roadmap, PRDs, user stories & sprint execution
- Translate complex and ambiguous problems into shippable product features
- Drive Agile/Scrum, rapid iteration & product delivery
- Lead dogfooding / internal alpha & beta testing for product reliability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, Compliance & Risk teams
- Build dashboards and leverage product analytics to identify user drop-offs
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across onboarding, KYC & transaction funnels
- Navigate financial regulations, compliance & risk requirements
- Leverage Generative AI to improve product workflows, automation and self-service
Requirements
- A high-ownership Product Manager who combines FinTech/Digital Assets expertise, strong product execution, analytics, experimentation, and Web3/onchain product knowledge.
