Digital Assets Product Manager

Tasks

• Own product strategy, backlog prioritization, and execution for digital asset products and business lines.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, sprint plans, and shippable features.
• Lead daily scrums and iterative development cycles with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Establish internal alpha/beta testing and dogfooding processes to improve product reliability.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
• Analyze user behavior and build dashboards to identify drop-off points and improve product performance.
• Design and execute A/B tests across onboarding, KYC, and transaction workflows to improve conversion and retention.
• Integrate Generative AI tools into product workflows to enhance self-service automation and operational efficiency.
