- Convert qualified B2C leads into successful debt restructuring and refinancing enrollments.
- Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, CRM, and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What we’re seeing from you:
- 2-4 years of quota-driven sales experience in lending, financial services, or solution-based sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Financial literacy related to the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Results-driven, CRM-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
