About the role

Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem and one of the largest Microsoft distribution partners globally. The Director, Microsoft leads the Microsoft Cloud & AI Alliance and its solutions portfolio, turning strategy into partner-ready go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microsoft alliance relationship, including incentives, investments, and roadmap.
• Accelerate growth in the Microsoft cloud business, advance the Copilot and agent plan, and deliver Center of Excellence commitments made jointly with Microsoft.
• Lead the Practice Leads for Cloud & AI Platforms, AI Business Solutions, and Security, along with the Solutions GTM Lead.
• Work through regional business stakeholders who own local execution.
• Manage Microsoft investment and incentive plans, turn program requirements into sellable offers, and keep cross-functional teams focused on a committed roadmap.
• Help the business move from cloud resale toward AI, agents, and attached services.

Requirements

• Deep alliance experience, strong commercial judgment, and technical fluency.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior Microsoft stakeholders and internal sales, services, platform, and finance teams.
