Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel within the assigned market may be required.Compensation Type: SalaryLocation: Hybrid (Dallas–Fort Worth Preferred)This role is primarily field-based with a combination of remote work and regular travel to assigned campuses, leadership meetings, training, and company events.
Job Summary: The Director of Admissions is a strategic admissions leader responsible for driving enrollment performance across an assigned market by developing leaders, strengthening operational execution, and ensuring consistent enrollment outcomes. This role partners with Assistant Directors of Admissions to build high-performing teams, remove barriers to success, and create an environment where students receive a consistent, high-quality admissions experience.
Success in this role comes from developing leaders, strengthening operational systems, and using data to drive strategic decisions. The Director of Admissions partners cross-functionally to remove barriers, improve execution, and create sustainable enrollment results across multiple campuses.
A Day in the Life:As a Director of Admissions, no two days look the same. You may begin your day reviewing enrollment performance, pipeline health, start-risk students, forecast accuracy, and market trends to identify opportunities and proactively address challenges before they impact enrollment outcomes. You'll then meet with Assistant Directors of Admissions to review business performance, align on priorities, and establish action plans that drive enrollment results.Throughout the day, you'll partner with Assistant Directors to develop leadership capability, strengthen accountability, and remove barriers that impact student enrollment. Your focus will be on developing leaders, strengthening operational consistency, and improving the systems and processes that drive predictable enrollment results across your assigned campuses.You'll collaborate closely with Financial Aid, Campus Operations, Start Readiness teams, and other business partners to ensure students move efficiently through the enrollment process while addressing operational challenges before they affect outcomes. You'll analyze data, identify trends, inspect performance, and guide strategic decisions that improve start rates, reduce fallout, and create a predictable enrollment experience.A significant portion of the role focuses on developing leaders. Successful Directors of Admissions invest in coaching Assistant Directors, strengthening leadership skills, reinforcing operational standards, and building high-performing teams that consistently achieve enrollment goals.You'll also review performance metrics, monitor operational health, support staffing and capacity planning, participate in leadership meetings, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen both the admissions process and the overall student experience.

Leadership & Assistant Director DevelopmentDevelop, coach, and mentor Assistant Directors of Admissions to strengthen leadership capability, execution, and accountability.Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Model leadership through clear communication, sound judgment, proactive decision-making, and disciplined execution.Anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and empower Assistant Directors to make informed decisions that support enrollment success.Hold Assistant Directors accountable through consistent coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development that drives measurable business results.
Enrollment Strategy & Operational ExcellenceOwn enrollment performance across assigned campuses by monitoring start goals, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and enrollment trends.Identify risks early and implement proactive strategies that improve enrollment outcomes.Ensure consistent execution of the admissions operating model across all assigned campuses.Monitor staffing, workload distribution, and capacity planning to support business objectives.Champion operational excellence by reinforcing consistency, accountability, and execution across assigned campuses.
Performance Analytics & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze operational dashboards and reporting tools (including DOMO) to identify trends in enrollment performance, attendance, conversion, forecast accuracy, start-risk, fallout, and other key performance indicators, then develop and implement action plans that improve business outcomes.Drive operational improvements by using performance data to inform leadership decisions, coaching priorities, staffing strategies, and enrollment execution.Monitor performance trends and implement corrective action before issues impact business results.Evaluate root causes and partner with leadership to improve processes, execution, and student outcomes.
Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Financial Aid, Campus Operations, Start Readiness teams, and other departments to improve student progression and operational efficiency.Resolve cross-functional barriers affecting enrollment outcomes.Ensure timely communication, strong partnerships, and shared accountability across departments.Champion collaboration that supports a consistent student experience.Ensure timely, accurate, and collaborative handoffs between Admissions and cross-functional partners to support a seamless student enrollment experience.Build trusted partnerships with campus leaders to ensure alignment, remove operational barriers, and support a consistent, student-centered enrollment experience.
Operational Leadership & ComplianceMaintain compliance with company policies, admissions procedures, and standard operating practices.Monitor operational consistency through regular inspection of processes, documentation, and admissions execution.Lead staffing discussions, operational planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Escalate systemic issues, performance concerns, and operational risks appropriately.Protect the integrity of the admissions operating model by reinforcing standard operating procedures, operational consistency, and accountability across assigned campuses.

A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is required; mobile hotspots or other unreliable internet sources are not permitted due to security and connectivity concerns. Company-issued devices must be locked when not in use, and any personal devices used for work must comply with company security protocols.
Work Schedules: Ogle School supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. For this role, there is a minimum 40-hour work week schedule, 5 days a week. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
