Tasks

• Lead our charitable initiatives, fundraisers, and team events.
• Manage sponsorships and event budgets.
• Build relationships with sponsors and nonprofits.
• Work closely with our Marketing Manager and team to plan, promote, and execute meaningful events.

Requirements

• Organized, tech savvy, and passionate about giving back.
• Event planning or fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong event planning and organizational skills
• Sponsorship outreach and relationship-building experience
• Budget, payment, and donation management skills
• Confidence using digital planning and communication tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-through
• Creativity and a passion for community involvement

Schedule

• Part-time
• Hybrid
• Remote planning with in-person event responsibilities.
